Data requests
Sellers, TikTok and individuals can ask Autonomy Ltd to access, correct or delete personal data we hold.
How to ask
Email hello@mehran.co.uk with the subject "Autonomy data request" and include:
- Your name and shop/seller name
- What you want: access, correction, or deletion
- The order number(s) or buyer details to identify the data
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 2 working days.
- We complete deletions and corrections within 7 days and confirm in writing.
- Buyers: for data held for a TikTok shop, the seller is the controller; we act on the seller's instruction and will help the seller respond.
